Ingredients
- 20ml lemon juice
- 10ml blackberry puree
- 15ml raspberry puree
- 6 raspberries
- 3 blackberries
- Orangina
Method
- Add the berries, then the lemon juice, and lightly press out the juices
- Add the puree, then fill 3/4 of the glass with crushed ice
- Churn until well mixed, then top up with more crushed ice
- Top with Orangina
- Prepare the berry skewer with a cocktail stick and the mint
- Add the garnish
