Be At One Cocktail Bar​

Cocktail bar operator, Be At One, has been shortlisted in this category for the second year in a row, thanks to the company's impressive and innovative cocktail offer in 31 sites across England and Wales. All of those sites offer in excess of 100 cocktails – from favourites like Manhattans to innovative new creations. 

BrewDog​

Iconic Scottish craft beer brewer, BrewDog, serves both its own beers and carefully curated drinks from other brewers across its estate of sites. The company won Best Brewing Pub Company at the 2016 Publican Awards and the editor of The Morning Advertiser​, Ed Bedington, said at the time: "This is a company that is holding onto its core ethos and is uncompromising when it comes to its main aim of producing great beer."

New World Trading Company (NWTC)​

NWTC specialises in a cocktail offer across its varied selection of brands. In the past year, the company has gone beyond the realm of spirit cocktails and has experimented with beertails, which has brought beer and cider into the company's cocktail offer.

Pivovar​

Drinks importer Pivovar specialises in bringing a variety of beers, ciders and spirits from across the world to UK licensees. The company supplies its unique drinks to both its own chain of bars and selected up-and-coming sites throughout the UK.

The Draft House​

London-based operator, The Draft House, pushed on with its three-year expansion plans​ in 2016 by expanding to its first site outside of the capital. At the new sites, the company has successfully replicated the beer-oriented drinks offer that has made its sites in London a mainstay of the capital's eating and drinking-out scene.
