Football: Derby County v Leicester City (Friday, 7.55pm) - BBC 1

The FA Cup party gets started early this weekend with the first match being shown on free-to-air television, meaning that all licensees can have the match on to bring customers in. The first of three matches shown on BBC 1 this weekend sees East Midlands rivals Derby and Leicester meet for the first time since Leicester won the Premier League title last season.

Football: Liverpool v Wolverhampton Wanderers (Saturday, 12.30pm) - BT Sport 2

Saturday's sporting action opens with Championship side Wolves hoping to spring an upset at Anfield. The FA Cup is all about any team having the chance to play against and spring an upset on the big boys and, with Liverpool needing two matches to see off Plymouth Argyle in the last round, all eyes will be on Anfield for a possible upset on Saturday lunchtime.

Cricket: India v England T20 (Sunday, 1pm) - Sky Sports 2

Interspersed with FA Cup action elsewhere on Sunday afternoon is England's second Twenty20 match in India. England looked impressive in their previous one-day international match against India and customers will be looking to make the most of a solid afternoon of cricket in the atmosphere of the pub.

Football: Real Madrid v Real Sociedad (Sunday, 7.45pm) - Sky Sports 1

The weekend closes with the focus very much on Spain. Real Madrid may be leading La Liga, but Real Sociedad have been one of the surprise packages this season and will be looking to cause an upset at the Santiago Bernabéu in the stand-out sporting fixture for bringing in trade on a Sunday night.
