Harvester, the Mitchells & Butlers brand, has launched a Groupon deal offering a meal and drink for two for £20.

The offer, which gives diners a 38% discount, includes the choice of either an 8oz rump steak, ribs or chicken stack, as well as a vegetarian choice of herb-battered halloumi and a vegan aubergine & red lentil tagine, plus unlimited salad.

Drink included

Valid from 15 May to 30 June, the deal also includes one drink.

Customers can choose between a pint of Carling, Strongbow, Strongbow Dark Fruits, Stowford Press Cider, Thatchers Gold, a 175ml glass of Vineyard wine in red, white or rosé, Becks Blue, a bottle of J²0, Coca-Cola or Diet Coke.

Last week, M&B’s Toby Carvery brand unveiled a similar Groupon deal offering a meal and a drink for two for less than £15.

'Invested in the brand'

We have heavily invested in the brand over the past few years and feel that Harvester has a lot to offer Groupon users, so using it is a great way for us to introduce new guests to Harvester,” a spokeswoman said.

“This has certainly proved to be the case from previous Groupon promotions so we’re happy with the success of the ongoing partnership.”
