Arc Inspirations invests £1.8m in new Manchester site

The site will house a 230-cover 800-sq ft-plus bar and restaurant in the Grade II-listed Royal London House on Deansgate.

It is scheduled to open this summer and will create 60 full and part-time jobs for the local area.

Extensive food offer

Alongside an impressive drinks offer, the site will have an extensive food menu, including an all-day American-style brunch, available seven days a week, until 4pm.

The new opening follows a year of record-breaking results​ for the business and the launch of two new sites.

Arc reported record financial results as its total sales rose by 18% last year to £22.5m. The company’s earnings before interest, taxation, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) also rose, by 88% to £2.6m, as part of its growth plan.

The new Manahatta in Manchester joins its sister brand Banyan in the city. 

Prestigious location

Arc Inspirations CEO Martin Wolstencroft lauded the new opening. saying: “I’m extremely proud to be developing the Manahatta brand and to make our Manahatta mark in the beautiful city of Manchester.
