Rob Brydon to host Publican Awards
The award-winning star will be leading the event, which takes place on 13 March at Battersea Evolution in London.
Brydon is best known for starring roles in the hit comedy Gavin & Stacey, as himself in The Trip with Steve Coogan, as well as the popular Marion and Geoff series, which he co-wrote.
Ed Bedington, editor of The Morning Advertiser, which organises the awards, said: “We’re delighted to have a star of the calibre of Rob Brydon to host the industry’s leading pub company awards.

The Publican Awards have been running for more than a quarter of a century now, and celebrate and recognise great operations across the spectrum of the pub industry.
With more than 17 awards up for grabs, the competition is fierce and judges are currently on the road visiting finalists throughout the country.
Bedington added: “Judging such amazing companies is never easy and the judges will have a tough task ahead of them for the coming weeks, but we’re all looking forward to revealing our winner on 13 March.”
