Toby Carvery offers free meals for mums this Mother’s Day

The deal, which is valid after 6pm on Mother’s Day, focuses on treating mothers and spending time with family.

The offer said: “At Toby, we do love our mums and we have always felt that it is never too early to sort out a much-deserved treat for your mum too."

“So why don’t you get all the family together, book a table for Sunday 11 March, and make it the special day she deserves with a free meal for mum."

Ultimate treat

It added: “That’s right, when you book a table for Mother’s Day, mum will eat for free. Give mum the ultimate treat of spending time with family and friends and a delicious roast.”

The offer can be redeemed by using a voucher after 6pm, and only one voucher can be used between a party of four.

However, if diners do not visit a Toby Carvery on Mother’s Day, the brand is still offering mums a complimentary drink.

The offer said: “Mum will be pleased to know that even if you’re not with us on Mothering Sunday, she will get a free glass of wine with her meal if you join us on Thursday 8, Friday 9 or Saturday 10 March.

“Mum can choose either a refreshing Barefoot Cellars White Zinfandel, a Smooth Gallo Family Vineyards Grenache, or even a glass of the aromatic Barefoot Bubbly Pink Moscato.

A main meal must be purchased to qualify for the free drink.

Discount deal

Toby Carvery is no stranger to discounting as earlier this month (February), the Mitchells & Butlers brand was giving diners almost one third off carvery meals​ as part of a discount deal with Wowcher.

The deal offered a carvery meal for two with a drink each for £14.95 (28% less than the normal price of £20.78).

A group of four can eat a carvery meal with a drink each for £29.90 (reduced from the normal price of £41.56).

Or, for larger groups, six diners can have a carvery meal with a drink each for just £44.85, reduced from £62.34.
