How brewers and publicans have been coping with snowmageddon
Despite sub-zero temperatures, weather warnings and ice rink roads, the pub and brewing industries are reluctant to take a snow day.
With roads and public transport affected, employees may not be able to get to work or may need to take an emergency day off. Law firm and employment specialists Blake Morgan has published employment law guidelines for businesses affected by snow disruption.
Below, The Morning Advertiser looks at how brewers and publicans defied snowmageddon to made the most of the wintry weather.
