Repeat or revenge: the Tony Bellew v David Haye rematch will take place at London's O2 Arena this Saturday
Months of feuding will be put to bed this weekend as David Haye and Tony Bellew step through the ropes at the O2 Arena in a repeat of their March 2017 encounter.

Tony Bellew v David Haye – Heavyweight boxing – Saturday 5 May – Sky Sports Box Office from 6pm

If the rematch between Tony Bellew and Davd Haye lives up to the bout’s zany yet antagonistic build-up – which featured James Buckley, Jay from The Inbetweeners, gate-crashing the final press conference after Bellew had compared Haye’s manager to Will McKenzie from the same Channel 4 sitcom – then it’ll be well worth tuning in on Saturday night.

It’s a question of repeat or revenge at London’s O2 arena, as David Haye looks to bounce back from an 11th-round technical knockout defeat when the pair clashed in March 2017 and when Haye injured his Achilles in the sixth round.

Another defeat, however, would almost certainly send former unified cruiserweight champion and one-time heavyweight belt holder Haye into retirement while opening up a plethora of both international and domestic heavyweight opportunities for Evertonian Bellew.

Cardiff City v Reading – EFL Championship football – Sunday 6 May – Sky Sports Football and Sky Sports Main event from 12noon (kick-off at 12.30pm)

Neil Warnock’s Cardiff City can seal their return to the Premier League this Sunday with a win against a Reading side still teetering on the edge of the division’s relegation spots.

While Wolves have run away with the Championship title this season – going into the final day they find themselves 10 points clear of Cardiff – an enthralling battle for play-off and promotion berths has rumbled below.

While a win will return Cardiff to the top flight, any slip-ups could be punished by Fulham who sit just a point behind them in third place.

Chelsea v Liverpool – Premier League football – Sunday 6 May – Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Premier League from 4.15pm (kick-off at 4.30pm)

Despite two goal-glut games with Roma in the Champions League semi-final leaving Liverpool on the cusp of a sixth European triumph, Chelsea could still prevent them from qualifying for next year’s competition.

Liverpool still need to win one of their final two Premier League games to guarantee a top-four finish and secure Champions League football next season.

With Tottenham a point behind Jurgen Klopp’s side and Chelsea six points adrift, both with a game in hand, Saturday’s visit to Stamford Bridge represents a must-win for the Reds despite Champions League heroics.

Barcelona v Real Madrid – La Liga football – Sunday 6 May – Sky Sports Football from 7pm and Sky Sports Main Event from 7.30pm (kick-off at 7.45pm)

Liverpool’s opponents in the Champions League final on 26 May in Kiev, Real Madrid, travel to recently crowned La Liga champions Barcelona in probably the most glamorous fixture in club football.

While Zinedine Zidane’s side have swept all before them in Europe over the past three seasons, their domestic form has left a lot to be desired as they find themselves four points adrift of neighbours Atletico Madrid in third place, albeit with a game in hand.

While they can’t stop Barcelona winning the title, they can scupper the Catalan giant's attempts to register an unbeaten season.

The last team to beat Barcelona in La Liga was Malaga on 8 April, 2017, while the last time Real Madrid beat them was over 12 months before that on 2 April, 2016.
