Stonegate has invested £350,000 in a revamped north-east London suburban Slug & Lettuce pub that well and truly puts the focus on style, not to mention cocktails.

It says the revamp of the South Woodford pub in what it calls ‘minimal yet elegant décor and a light, bright colour scheme’, along with an extensive range of cocktail offerings, brings a touch of glitz and glamour to the area.

The stylish interior is set off by a cocktail masterclass station. There is also a refreshed bar area and enhanced seating.

Pub manager Ciara Neville, said: “We are thrilled to be showcasing our new-look Slug & Lettuce to the people of South Woodford.

“The space feels so much fresher and brighter, with our garden completely updated just in time for spring and lighter evenings.

“I think people will love our new cocktail masterclass station, it’s great for groups wanting to make their evening that bit more special”.

The bar will be offering value deals including 2-4-1 cocktails all day every day, wine from £12 on ‘Wine Down Wednesdays’ and ‘Fizz Fridays’ where a bottle of Gancia Dry Prosecco will be just £13 or a Fizz Bowl sharer will be £17.

A vast food menu completes the new line up.
