From October, 2m bottle caps will be rolled out on trooper beer to commemorate 16 different Iron Maiden records, which will be available worldwide wherever Trooper beer is sold.
Trooper brand manager Sam Kennerley said: “Iron Maiden and Trooper fans are some of the most dedicated and passionate in the world, so we wanted to create something completely new and different for them.”
The launch of the limited-edition bottle caps coincides with Iron Maiden’s current ‘Legacy of The Beast’ Tour as well as the recently released studio collection.
Collectors also have the option to buy a unique collector’s frame from Robinsons Brewery to show off their bottle caps.
Spur excitement
Kennerley added: “To our knowledge no other beer brand has ever done this before, so we are eager to see the excitement that the bottle caps bring.”
They hope the latest launch from Trooper and Robinsons will boost purchase rate, spur excitement and offer something new for fans to engage with.
The new limited-edition bottle caps will also be used on the Halloween-inspired Day of the Dead limited-edition bottle, which are available now while stocks last.
Iconic and distinctive
Kennerley said Trooper caters to both fans of Iron Maiden as well as fans of good beer.
“Iron Maiden is so iconic and distinctive, and creating the bottle caps is just one of the ways we wanted to celebrate the band and its amazing artwork.”
As this edition is around for a limited time only, fans are advised to be quick off the mark to collect them all as some cap designs are more difficult to find that others.
