With season three of the Lock In podcast coming to a close, we take a look at some of the current challenges, energy, supply, inflation etc - and where we see things heading.

Reviewing some of the ongoing challenges, and looking toward the future, the podcast team spoke to Steve Alton of the BII, Emma McClarkin of the BBPA, Precision Licensed Services Eddie Murphy and Nationwide Energy's Gerry O'Hara, SIBA's Andy Slee, Brake's Joby Mortimer, beer writer and podcaster Emma Inch and the LTC's Paula Smith.

For the finale episode of series three, we discuss the supply challenges, utilities and finance, where we're at with Government, and how operators can look after their mental health. And Heath rants a bit, but he is turning 50!
