The company, which operates about 36 venues, including Albert’s Schloss and Rudy’s Napoletana pizzerias, has said it will be focus on developing a pipeline of new openings in 2025 with a long-term plan of launching further successful new venues.
In the chief executive’s business review of results for the period ended 24 September 2024, Roy Ellis said: “I have been pleased to see the Albert’s Schloss brand continuing to grow both revenue and EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxation, depreciation and amortisation) on a like-for-like basis while maintaining our high levels of guest NPS (net promoter scores).”
Belief bolstered
He added: “The success of existing venues and the new opening further bolsters our belief that the Albert’s Schloss brand has exciting growth prospects not only in the UK, but internationally as well.”
In 2024, the company opened 10 new venues – one Albert’s Schloss in Soho, London, and nine Rudy’s Napoletana pizzerias.
In the first half of 2025, the company opened two Rudy’s Napoletana pizzerias that have both traded ahead of expectations. The company said it was likely to open eight further Rudy’s Napoletana sites during 2025.
The company results revealed positive trading for the first half of 2025 across both of its brands.
Increased revenue
In the six-month period, the four Albert’s Schloss venues delivered record revenue of £25.3m (FY24: £18.9m).
It revealed Rudy’s Napoletana has also delivered positive results of £29m in H1 FY25, (FY24 £19.9m). Trade has been strong across all Rudy’s Napoletana venues with 23 like-for-like venues delivering growth of 12% against the same period in the prior year, the company said.
The results also revealed that in 2024 the company reported group revenue of £92.9m, (FY23 £71.1m).
Earlier this year, Mission Mars’ Albert’s Schloss in Soho, London, took the title of Best New Opening at the MCA Hospitality Awards.
