Żubrówka Bison Grass Vodka, which is distributed by Paragon Brands in the UK, is an award-winning 37.5% ABV vodka that has a unique herbal flavour along with notes of vanilla, almond, and freshly mown hay.
Paragon Brands managing director Chris Jones told The MA Żubrówka‘s Apple Zu pairs well with sweet, fruit-led desserts such as apple pie with ice cream, red berry crumble, or cheesecake as well as spiced desserts featuring ginger or cinnamon.
Seasonal twist
He added operators could sprinkle a small pinch of cinnamon into the drink for a seasonal twist and to add warmth.
“A smooth blend of Żubrówka Bison Grass Vodka, honey liqueur and apple juice, Apple Zu is a fruity drink that fits in with higher tempo moments. It’s also great served with ginger beer and fresh lime for a ‘Warsaw Mule’.
“Żubrówka Bison Grass Vodka offers a unique, memorable and distinctive flavour, and when served with contemporary mixers can really appeal to drinkers who enjoy aromatic drinks that pack a punch”, he continued.
Easy assembly
The managing director also said the serve offers healthy profit margins for pubs: “The drink can command a price of between £6 and £11 and costs around £1.90 to make.
“It’s also simple to assemble so can be prepared by bar staff of all levels of experience and can be quickly served during peak periods.”
