Disaronno International UK trade marketing manager Aiste Pugh-Williams told The Morning Advertiser (The MA) customers would be looking to trade up over the Christmas period.
She continued: “With celebrations in mind, sparkling drinks like Spritzes, Mimosas and Buck’s Fizz peak during the festive period, a simple-to-make Disaronno Spritz can be a real star of the bar here.”
The marketing manager added demand for no and low alcohol options was also rising, demonstrating the need for adaptable serves with a distinctive flavour profile and using a broad range of mixers and flavours.
Below, the drinks distributor has put together three cocktails that tap into these trends for the festive season.
Three Sixty Vodka and Tia Maria Espresso Martini

Ingredients:
- 25ml Tia Maria
- 25ml Three Sixty Vodka
- Double or single shot of espresso
Method:
- Fill a Martini glass with ice and set aside to chill
- Pour Tia Maria, Three Sixty Vodka and Espresso into a cocktail shaker
- Fill the rest of the shaker with ice and shake ingredients together
- Empty the martini glass of ice and pour in the contents of the shaker using a strainer and sieve into the glass
- Serve garnished with three coffee beans
Disaronno Velvet Pink

Ingredients:
- 35ml Disaronno Velvet
- 15ml vanilla vodka
- 1 Teaspoon raspberry jam
- 50ml whole milk
Method:
- Shake hard and fine strain into a rocks glass over cubed ice
Disaronno Sour

Ingredients:
- 50 ml Disaronno
- 25 ml fresh lemon juice
- 5 ml sugar syrup egg white (optional)
Method:
- Shake all the ingredients with ice
- Serve garnished with a slice of lemon
