London Essence created the White Peach & Jasmine Spritz to help operators meet consumer demand for low and no options that still provide a sense of occasion.
The two ingredient drink is simple to assemble for pubs during a busy service while keeping menus exciting and giving consumers an elevated serve.
Strong margins
According to London Essence, mixers hold a 9% value share of total soft drinks, underlining their importance to both revenue and menu relevance.
At a time when consumers are generally looking for no and low alcohol drinks, and with 49% of consumers willing to pay more for a better quality mixer, the mixer used is more important than ever.
Both the alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions of White Peach & Jasmine Spritz cost on average £3 or less to make, and the serve delivers strong margins while offering consumers a premium and mindful-drinking option they’re willing to pay for.
This serve pairs well with light canapés and small plates, helping operators extend occasions beyond traditional wet-led moments.
Contemporary twist

- ½ Prosecco or non-alcoholic sparkling wine
- ½ London Essence White Peach & Jasmine Soda
Method:
- Pour the chilled prosecco (or non-alcoholic sparkling wine) into your chosen flute
- Top with London Essence White Peach & Jasmine Soda
