Backed by Oaktree Capital Management since it was founded in 2021, advisors from Rothschild & Co have been appointed to explore growth options for the group.
It comes after the company recently announced the divestment of its leased & tenanted business, and plans to exit its managed pub business, to become a focused pub-with-rooms operator led by the Coaching Inn Group
