A bold commitment to creating unforgettable social spaces saw Incipio Group take the title of Best Experiential Operator.

Founded in 2015, the London-based multiple operator has transformed into a design-first, atmosphere-driven business where each venue is crafted to deliver high-energy socialising, theatrical environments and a true sense of occasion.

More than a decade ago, Incipio began with Pergola on the Roof - an 800-capacity hideaway on top of a car park that was originally a short-term ‘meanwhile use’ space - and is now a multi-site operation, which strives to ‘curate beautiful spaces with vibrant atmospheres for great times’.

Events focus

At the heart of its success lies Incipio’s ability to seamlessly blend food, drink, music and bold interior design, resulting in immersive and striking venues.

Events such as theatrical bottomless brunches across many of the group’s venues including the Palm House in Victoria and the Prince near Earl’s Court, pulling in punters from near and far to experience live music and a party vibe.

Wall Street Wednesday at the 411 in Angel sees the venue become a live stock market bar where drinks prices rise and fall in real time on the board while at the weekends, the site is home to ‘On Repeat’ where R&B parties are on the agenda.

Its guest experience strategy aims to maximise dwell time, spend and social sharing, creating spaces that organically encourage connection and celebration.

Future plans

Internally, talent development also key to Incipio’s winning formula, empowering its teams to bring energy, personality and warmth to their roles.

Operational systems ensure consistency at scale, enabling the group to deliver standout experiences across multiple venues without losing the individuality that define the brand.

This year is a big one for the business with the opening of its multi-concept venue at London’s Olympia.

Spanning 40,000sq ft, the development is expected to double the company’s turnover.
