Last week’s industrial action across the Tube network contributed to a sharp drop in hospitality revenue across the capital, data from employee experience platform Harri has shown.

Analysis of London-based hospitality businesses between Monday 20 April and Thursday 23 April revealed total revenue was down 18% against the same period the week before.

Pubs were the worst affected, losing more than half (54%) of their weekly takings.

Further strikes are planned between 19–20 May, 21–22 May, 16–17 June, and 18–19 June.
