Inn Collection Group grows estate to 30 sites as revenue tops £81m

The Inn Collection Group increased its estate to 30 sites and 1,350 rooms during 2025 as the pubs-with-rooms operator continued to invest in acquisitions, refurbishments and future expansion plans.

According to its latest accounts for the 52 weeks to 28 December 2025, turnover edged up to £81.5m from £80.8m the previous year, while adjusted Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation (EBITDA) remained flat at £14m.

Gross profit improved slightly to £69.9m, representing a margin of 85.7%, compared with £69.1m and 85.4% in 2024.

The business, which specialises in acquiring and developing pubs with rooms across the North of England and North Wales, grew from 29 to 30 sites during the year and increased room capacity from 1,310 to 1,350 rooms.
