Following a targeted marketing campaign, Trust Inns were secured as the buyer of the Branksome in Bournemouth at 152–154 Commercial Road, together with the former Rising Sun pub in Poole, which was subsequently introduced into the transaction.
The Bournemouth pub is close to the Triangle with trading accommodation across two floors, a large rear beer garden, and significant capital investment and refurbishment prior to the sale.
Trust Inns will incorporate both properties into its leased pub estate.
