Residents living near film director Guy Ritchie's London pub have mounted a major campaign against the venue - complaining of late-night noise, litter and rats.
The group has demanded Westminster City Council revoke or suspend the licence at the Punchbowl. A 23-page dossier of evidence accompanied with 112 photographs was submitted to the London council.
Residents claim that over the past 18 months "the character of the pub has changed completely, which has led to a severe downward spiral in the quality of life for local residents."
The noise created by "crowds of drinkers" has become "intolerable", they claim.
The document said 70 complaints about noise alone, and well over a hundred general complaints, have been made to Westminster City Council about the Punchbowl.
Westminster Citizens Advice helped compile the document, which also outlines 24 conditions residents would like to see imposed on the pub.
But the Punchbowl's co-manager Pandy Kouroushi said: "We are going to listen to what they have got to say they will have to listen to what we have to say.
"I don't think we have any enemies we have a very loyal customer base here. Because of the nature of the beast of who owns it you are going to get a few high profile people here - some people are never happy."
A council spokesperson said the local authority will decide whether to take any action against the pub following a 28-day consultation exercise.
