Camden Town Brewery has released its new winter seasonal, Chilly Cold IPA (6% ABV).

Inspired by a new cold IPA brewing style, the new serve is made with Camden’s original lager yeast, but at a warmer temperature, with flaked rice, wheat, and new world hops.

Originally created as part of the brand’s Arch55 small batch series, Chilly IPA, offers a fruity flavour with frosty freshness, best served between 5 and 7°C.

Camden Town Brewery head of marketing Fred Nesbitt said: “Our brewers were ahead of the game when they brewed a Cold IPA last year, giving the UK our fresh take on a style of beer that has been a hit across the pond.

“Chilly is a hybrid style beer, bursting full of new world hop flavour but with a light and crisp body – grab it whilst you can, because we can’t promise Chilly will be here for long.”

Camden’s Chilly, Cold IPA is available now from the brand’s webshop at RRP £18 for 6x440ml cans.

Recently awarded gold at the Norwich Beer Festival, Bruha XO (8.5% ABV), has been brewed using the best-quality barley and offers a complex combination of crystal malt, rye and wheat, aged in whisky and Oloroso Sherry barrels to create a heady aroma and smooth finish.

Bruha managing director Rob Breakwell said: “We are excited to launch our new barrel-aged beer, Bruha XO, which we have created to celebrate the ageing process.
