Incipio Group has unveiled exclusive details on its forthcoming multi-concept Olympia opening, which will double the size of the company’s turnover.

In June, the group announced it was launching its “most ambitious and diverse project to date” – a number of dining and drinking destinations at London’s Olympia.

The Olympia venues will cover a variety of cuisines, themes and demographics, CEO Ed Devenport told MCA’s Pub Conference, with three of the concepts set to open their doors this autumn.

He said: “These are all opening towards the back end of this year/early next year. It’s a big play for us as a group, it will double the size of us and hopefully [mean we will be a] £50m turnover business once it gets to fruition.”

Arbour

  • Bar and food hall
  • Aims to be hub of the roof garden
  • 9,021sq ft
  • 500 capacity
  • Opening October 2025

Arbour will offer a variety of food options to service from who are looking for healthy farm to fork salads and lunch time favourites.

Devenport said: “We looked at Arbour as a QSR style of operation. [It has] a 13m bar, four food offerings that we’re running ourselves and it’s very much for the audience who want to grab a quick drink, bite to eat and go.

“It’s a pretty affordable price point, catering towards the office audience and those who are going to the music venue and want something quick before they go in.”

Bar Arriba

  • Rooftop bar and restaurant
  • Serving Mexican-inspired bites and cocktails
  • 6,041sq ft
  • 400 capacity
  • Opening October 2025

Sitting above Arbour, Bar Arriba aims to be a wet-led venue that is similar to the group’s Pergola sites.

Devenport said: “The reason for separating them (Arbour and Bar Arriba), is though they’re in the same venue, originally we did have the whole space called Arbour, but when you’re looking to create individual brands and you start thinking about the customer journey and experience, the offerings weren’t that separate.

“We felt that rather than confusing the guests, we would make it very clear about what they did and [there was a need] to have that distinguishing factor.

“Nothing does that better than changing the name so that’s why we went down that route.”

Wolves of Tokyo

Wolves of Tokyo is also opening in October (Incipio Group)
  • Japanese restaurant and rooftop cocktail bar
  • Inspired by Japanese Noir classic ‘The Wolves’
  • 8,041sq ft
  • 307 covers
  • Up to 500 capacity
  • Opening October 2025

Devenport described Wolves of Tokyo as a cool venue, which capitalises on an area of the market that he believes is relatively untapped.

He said: “We feel there’s a real market here for this element here. You generally find Japanese food is relatively cheap or way too expensive and we think there’s a good point here to be in that mid-market and do something that’s very exciting, very different.

“I’m very excited by this one. On the brand side, the design side, we’ve got it spot on and I think this will be very popular, particularly with the west London audience.”

Juno

Juno will be opening in May next year (Incipio Group)
  • All-day Italian concept
  • Accessible price point
  • 10,793sq ft
  • 500 capacity
  • Opening May 2026

Fresh, quality ingredients at an accessible price is the ethos behind Juno, with bold ambitions to become the largest Italian restaurant in the UK.

“Juno is a very large Italian bar and restaurant, which is where the old Pizza Express used to be,” Devenport adds.

“I don’t think I ever met anyone in my life who doesn’t like some form of Italian food, and we thought this was a safer place to go.

“We can cater for any style of audience, in a relatively affordable fashion and can transcend well between being a very good lunch spot or very, exciting, buzzing evening space.”

Lillie’s

Incipio Group Lillie's
May is also when Lillie's is set to open (Incipio Group)
  • Rooftop terrace
  • Inspired by vineyards and elegance of the English garden
  • Specialises in English sparkling wine and Champagne
  • Serving British small plates
  • 3,271sq ft
  • 200 capacity
  • Opening May 2026

Devenport: “Lillie’s focuses on English sparkling wine and small plates. This will be a slightly higher price point with a bit more of an elegant offering.

“It will have a table service style offering and, like all of our terraces, a retractable roof. We obviously expect the summer periods to be particularly great for us, but we do have that ability to make sure that we can [trade] 365 days of the year.”
