Hampton-Stone joins from Soltaire Holdings – operator of Rose Pubs and barbecue restaurant Bodean’s – where she had worked for more than four years; most recently as managing director at Bodean’s.
Prior to that she held operations director roles at several multi-site pub companies including Noble Inns and Grosvenor Pubs & Inns, and also worked operations manager at Butcombe Group and Urban Leisure Group, alongside a number of general manager positions in the pub sector.
Tilray Brands acquired BrewDog in a £33m deal in March this year, taking on 11 of its UK bars.
It has subsequently re-acquired and relaunched several other brewpubs within the BrewDog estate, including its bar in Inverurie, Scotland, that’s reopened under a new ‘Community Champions’ model.
