The event, which took place at Southwark Park, just south of the River Thames, on 17-18 July 2026, saw more than 100 brewers set up their pours on a sweltering Friday and Saturday.
Those attending needed to purchase a ticket then pick up a plastic half-pint pot on entry and were then allowed drinks from almost all stands. There were food trucks too so no one went hungry.
The MA spoke to Polly’s, Verdant, Budweiser Budvar UK, Jubel, Birra Impavida, Sandford Orchards, Cave Direct and The Thinking Drinkers at the Bass stand.
Themes such as route to market and the balance between on and off-trade were discussed among other things.
