The awards celebrate operators, suppliers and individuals that have supported their teams, promoted positive workplace cultures and raised awareness of the charity’s services.

This year’s winners were:

LTC Wellbeing Champion Award, Sam Hagger, founder and managing director, The Beautiful Pubs Collective
LTC Fundraiser of the Year Award, Steve Alton, chief executive, BII
LTC Excellence in Workplace Wellbeing, Suppliers, Sysco GB
LTC Excellence in Workplace Wellbeing, Operators under 250 sites, Butcombe Group
LTC Excellence in Workplace Wellbeing, Operators over 251 sites, Punch Pubs & Co

The evening also marked the launch of Karma Keg, a joint initiative between ekeg and LTC designed to turn pints into fundraising opportunities for the charity and participating publicans.

Growing demand

LTC chief executive Chris Welham opened the event with a business update, reflecting on what the charity described as another record-breaking year of fundraising and growing demand for its support services.

The event also included a screening of LTC’s new Always On Shift campaign, which aims to raise awareness of the pressures faced by hospitality workers and encourage more people to access support.

The campaign follows LTC’s launch of a personalised wellbeing platform earlier this year, designed to give hospitality workers easier access to support and advice.

Welham said: “This year’s awards celebrate the individuals and organisations who are helping to create a more supportive, inclusive and people-focused hospitality industry.

“Their dedication to supporting colleagues, championing wellbeing and giving back to the hospitality community is truly inspiring. At LTC, our mission is to help people live well and move forward, and we simply couldn’t do that without the continued support of our partners, fundraisers, volunteers, trustees and wider industry network.”

He added: “Together, we’re helping to ensure that more people across licensed hospitality can access the practical, health and wellbeing and financial support they need to reach their full potential.”

LTC said it supported 45,000 people in 2025 through its network of experts and specialists.
