My partner and I have an interview this Friday for a tenancy and I'm currently working on my business plan. As part of the business plan I have to estimate turnover for year one. I have obtained barrelage figures for the pub but don't understand the units they've used in the graphs. The graph is in 13 periods (as you would expect) and has four bars for each period which compare volumes for the past four years. For Beer the graph shows the bars reaching between 12,696.09 - 20,041.91 for composite volume (per period) how do you convert this to beer barrels or pints? How would i know how much of this is draught beer, draught lager, bottled beer etc, as I have to estimate turover for each category. For Wines & Spirits the graphs show between 56,284.43 - 134,185.06 brls / ltrs per period. Again I don't understand how to convert these and seperate wine and spirits. For Minerals the graphs reach between 214,534.22 - 499,544.96 brls/ltrs per period. Can you explain this to me or do you have a spreadsheet that could help me with this?Do tou have any tips for My partner and I for our interview?

Thanx,Paul Arnold. Paul Arnold
