Greene King has launched a number of "how to" guides to help new licensees understand their lease or tenancy agreements.

The guides cover topics such as moving in, buying a lease and maintenance and have been created to explain every aspect of running a pub.

All appropriate guides are provided to each new licensee with their welcome pack and the complete series can be downloaded from PubPartners.net.

"We've invested in these new guides to provide all the essential information needed by a new licensee as they start an agreement with us," said managing director Simon Longbottom.

"By following the guidance, they should be completely covered in terms of their business responsibilities and financial security."

The guides were made available to BIIBAS during Greene King's Code of Practice accreditation process.
