The MA team of Gary Lloyd and Rebecca Weller visited the Boot & Flogger, which is part of the Davy’s Wine Bars; Vagabond at St Paul’s; and the Hound, part of the Ardent Pub Group.
On hand to speak about trends and the services each of these sites provides was Gary Broadbent, Freddie Cobb and Max Quigley, respectively.
Naturally, more warming red wines look set to come into play more so than they would in summer and customers are seeking both reliable favourites plus diverse options.
