WKD links up with Ricky Hatton
Beverage Brands has signed a deal for its WKD brand to sponsor boxer Ricky Hatton's new show on Nuts TV.
The show, Ricky Speaks, will feature the boxer interviewing his celebrity friends in a series of six one-hour programmes.
The sponsorship deal includes ads filmed exclusively for the series, competitions for the live shows, sponsorship of the question of the week and the chance to win a trip to meet Hatton and look behind the scenes.
Visitors to the WKD website will also have the opportunity to win a trip to Las Vegas as part of the brand's tie in with the chat show.
Beverage Brands marketing director Karen Salters said: "We're really chuffed to be supporting Ricky in his new venture. He's a sports personality who is held in high regard by our target market. He's a great character and we know our consumers will really enjoy his humour."
