Thwaites unveils 13-strong Signature beer range
Lancashire brewer Daniel Thwaites is to launch 13 seasonal beers under its Signature Range for 2011.
The Signature Range will cover a spectrum of brewing styles with the aim of drawing newcomers into cask ale.
The new range will be launched in January with a 6.5% Old Ale from the Thwaites' back catalogue of brewing recipes, now called OBJ.
Other highlights include a liquorice-infused cask Stout available for St Patrick's Day; Bee Good brewed with local Lancashire honey for the start of pollination in May; and an American style IPA, called 13 Guns for Independence Day.
"Daniel Thwaites is committed to creating new and exciting ales that not only ignite interest in the cask ale category with our customers but also excite and encourage our consumers to try the latest Signature Ale," said Lee Williams, marketing manager at Daniel Thwaites.
