'£23bn of extra red tape to fall on firms'

Businesses will be strangled by £23billion worth of extra red tape over the next four years, an alarming report warns today. The British Chambers of Commerce said bosses 'cannot create jobs' under the threat of such a mountain of new regulations, which could 'derail the recovery'.
