Leicestershire-based Everards brewery has awarded 15 of its best performing licensees with awards for for their hard work and dedication.

The award winners were surprised with a three-day all expenses paid trip to Belfast in July, champagne and flowers, presented by Richard Everard and Lewis Deacon of rugby union team Leicester Tigers.

The pubs are judged on their cask ale mix and volume Mission Enjoyable results – Everards mystery shopper scheme, and cellar audits.

It was part of Everards fifth annual licensee lunch where 200 licensees were treated to lunch and an afternoon at the races at Leicester racecourse.

Richard Everard said: “The continued dedication, enthusiasm and commitment from our licensees is what helps to maintain the success of the Everards brand, which is something we treasure.

“It is our pleasure to offer an enjoyable day for our licensees to show our appreciation. We congratulate our award winners for all of their hard work and we are delighted to see so many here to celebrate with us.”
