Six freehold pubs on offer at Allsop auction

The freehold properties have guide prices ranging from £30,000 to £2.95m.

The pubs on offer are:

■ VNU in Merthyr Tydfil, Mid Glamorgan, Wales. It has a guide price of £150,000 to £200,000. The property is currently let on a 25-year lease from November 2006 at a rent of £30,000.

■ The Wyndham Arms in Merthyr Tydfil. The guide price is £100,000. It is currently let on a 20-year lease from November 2007 at an initial rent of £23,500.

■ A vacant nightclub in Blackpool, Lancashire. The guide price is £600,000 to £800,000. A six-week completion is available.

■ The Liquid and Diva nightclub in Gloucester for £650,000. It is let to Ranimul 2, guaranteed by Luminar Group, with the lease expiring in 2049, and a rent of £85,000. A six-week completion is available.

■ Revolution in Cardiff for £2.75m to £2.95m. A majority of the property is currently let to Inventive Leisure until 2042, with total current rents reserved at £316,750.

■ A former nightclub/bar in Merthyr Tydfil, Mid Glamorgan. The guide price is £30,000 to £50,000.
