A London members-only club has launched a new concept, where it if will open from 2.30am and serve breakfast, alongside premium drinks.

Zinc nightclub - 31 floors up at the Centre Point building on New Oxford Street - has launched the Always Past Midnight (APM) concept in collaboration with food magazine FOUR.

Zinc’s APM nights will see doors open 2.30am to 7.30am. A four course breakfast menu will be available to members during this time and includes dishes such as eggs royale (£22); butter milk and vanilla waffles (£20); eggs benedict (£22); and a sirloin beef burger (£23). The menu will change every three months and will be seasonally inspired.

APM at Zinc is a collaboration between the bars general manager Greg Ballester and nightlife and hospitality entrepreneurs Winston Douglas JR and Danio Domingues.

Speaking about the concept general manager Greg Ballester said: “APM nights will revolutionise London’s early morning dining and party scene, promising a sophisticated atmosphere and Michelin-worthy food.”

A spokeswoman said: “APM is the latest concept to bring the European lifestyle to London, where clubbing is an after hours thing, happening 31 floors above the ground. It's not about late night partying anymore, it's about early hours.

"Doors open at 2.30am, and to make it all even more appropriate, quality breakfast is served till 7 in the morning. We¹re talking eggs benedict while watching the sun rise to some of London's best DJ's.”
