New Forest Ice Cream
New Forest Ice Cream has launched a new rum & raisin ice cream flavour.
The product, created by soaking raisins in rum before adding to the base mix with rum syrup, whole milk and double cream, is made in a nut-free environment and suitable for vegetarians.
Christina Veal, director of New Forest Ice Cream, said: “This flavour offers evocative memories of an ice cream that has been a hit for decades and as a result, is sure to be a big seller on menus… we’ve produced the rum and raisin ice cream in a range of tub sizes to ensure it fits with different operator needs.”
