The Half Moon’s food offer will be overseen by head chef Mike Blizzard, who previously worked at restaurants Shotgun BBQ, Avenue, and Bar Boulud.
Dishes include spice roasted cauliflower with chickpeas, herbs and pine nuts; confit pork belly with Fuller’s Hampshire black pudding rosti, spring onion purée and spinach; and pumpkin gnocchi with kale, toasted pumpkin seeds and sage butter.
