NewRiver pub the Saddle Inn, in Liverpool, reopened this month following a facelift and the introduction of a new tenant taking on her first pub.
Jeanette Murray has signed a five-year lease at the popular city centre venue, which is known for its karaoke nights.
She has introduced new features that are already "proving popular" with regulars and new customers alike, prompting a "positive reaction".
NewRiver has invested £25,000 to refurbish the pub, which had been closed for two months, with enhancements including new seating and a dining area, while the interior and exterior have also been redecorated.
