BrewDog's new pub in Norwich will stock over 365 different craft beers – one for every day of the year – the Scottish craft beer giant recently announced after revealing plans to increase pubs and capacity in its annual results earlier.

The anarchic brewer has more than 30 pubs in the UK and planned to launch more, according to its annual results which also showed profits of £16.9m.

Its new pub in Norwich will offer a beer for each day of the year (not including leap years) by offering 30 bottled beers, 25 draft lines and rotating guest beers, it said.

Beers available on the guest draught lines will include Oskar Blues, Mikkeller and Beavertown, while the bottled beers will will feature Punk IPA, Dead Pony Club and Jet Black Heart, as well as new beers like Born to Die and Barrel-aged Albino Squid Assassin.

Brews from local microbreweries will also feature at the bar as a nod to BrewDog's international craft comrades.

Norwich's beer heritage was a pull for BrewDog, said co-founder James Watt.

"The city is passionate about beer and that's why we're so excited to launch the bar there and commit to offering a different craft beer for every day of the year," he added.

"It's a veritable stronghold of the craft beer revolution, and we've had BrewDog fans hounding us to set up shop there for a while."

Crowdfunding

Opening the new pub in Norwich marked the end of a fourth round of crowdfunding, which secured £21m, said Watt.

Funding would help with the launch of BrewDog's first brewery in Ohio in the US, which is set to go live later this year, he added.

Other plans included the building of BrewDog's new sour facility in Scotland.

The firm's new Lone Wolf spirits distillery was also set to start producing craft spirits for the market in the coming weeks, Watt added.
