Aviko and McCormick launch ‘Cash in Your Chips’ campaign

Chips supplier Aviko has launched a new campaign encouraging operators to switch from standard chips to a variety of its Premium Fries.

Operators could stand to generate up to 87% profit per portion by pairing chips from the company’s Premium range, which includes Supercrunch, Superlong and Sweet Potato variants, with McCormick Flavour Solutions’ Schwartz Chip Seasoning, it said.

Aviko UK & Ireland general manager Mohammed Essa said: “Caterers can charge 48p more for a serving of our Premium Fries versus regular chips, plus 25p extra for adding chip seasoning – more than 70p more per portion.”
