The Restaurant Show is calling chefs from across the industry to register for exclusive mentoring sessions at The Restaurant Show with some of the highest profile chefs from across the UK.

The schedule for these face-to-face mentoring sessions at The Restaurant Show is:

Monday 2 October 2023

Tuesday 3 October 2023

13:30 – 15:30 – Philli Armitage-Mattin

Wednesday 4 October 2023

13:30 – 15:30 – Tommy Banks

Across the three days these chefs will take to the stage to run exclusive masterclasses, discussing their careers and motivations, sharing advice around the industry, showcasing their skills in the kitchen, and answering any burning questions from the audience.

These sessions are free and a great opportunity to get up close and personal with some of the UK’s leading chefs. Places are limited so register early to be in with a chance.

The Restaurant Show will be hosting a plethora of exciting activities​ alongside the mentoring sessions across the three days.

This includes a new part of the show for 2023 – Bar & Drinks, which will be home to a dedicated area, showcasing a holistic view of beverages in hospitality. It will be bolstered by a dedicated Bar & Drinks Live theatre in partnership with The Morning Advertiser​.

Sessions to look out for include:

Pub Grub: The role of food in the on-trade​. With Alice Bowyer – Liberation Group, Sarah Hayward – The Tom Kerridge Group, Stosie Madi – The Parkers Arms, Varun Khanna – The General Tarleton.

Cost-of-living crisis: Impact on the UK pub and bar sector​. With Andy Tighe – BBPA, Steve Alton – BII, Katie Prowse – Lumina Intelligence, Michael Kill – NTIA.
