12 pub awards in Sawday's Guide
Twelve pubs have received awards in the new Alastair Sawday's Pubs & Inns of England & Wales Guide.
The guide's seventh edition features 900 pubs, including 180 pubs with rooms.
The winners of the Authentic Pub Award are the White Hart Inn, Bouth, Cumbria; the Royal Oak, Fritham, Hampshire and the Square & Compass, Worth Matravers, Dorset.
The three winners of the Community Pub Award are the Three Tuns, Bishops Castle, Shropshire; the Hollist Arms, Petworth, West Sussex and the Shoulder of Mutton, Harrogate, North Yorkshire.
Winning the Pub with Rooms Award are the Lord Poulett Arms, Hinton St George, Somerset; the Crown at Woodbridge, Woodbridge, Suffolk and the Black Horse, Kirkby Fleetham, Northallerton.
The Local, Seasonal & Organic Produce Award goes to the Mill Race, Walford, Herefordshire; the Potting Shed, Crudwell, Wiltshire and the Pigs, Edgefield, Norfolk.
The guide is edited by David Hancock and costs £15.99.
