Jestic launches rapid baking centre
The Atollspeed Baking Centre features a convection oven with in-built humidity and an additional hybrid oven with microwave technology aimed at facilitating fast, uniform cooking.

In addition to the two ovens, the Baking Centre features an electromagnetic lock which opens the door automatically when cooking is complete, aimed at allowing operators to continue with other duties with confidence that the appliance’s contents will not burn.
