Ei Publican Partnerships is the new name for the leased and tenanted division of Enterprise Inns.
Founded in 1991, the company has more than 4,500 properties across England and Wales that are predominantly run as leased and tenanted pubs. It strives to use its scale and expertise to help “great pubs prosper at the heart of local communities”.
The company states the new ‘Publican Channel’, specifically designed for existing publicans, is an “easy-to-navigate, one-stop-shop” platform providing access to business advice, training, printed point of sale, current deals and the ability to place orders online.
A new applicant dashboard on the Ei Publican Partnerships website will also allow prospective publicans to build their profile, outlining their aspirations for running a pub. They will also be able to search for local pubs, label sites they are interested in as one of their 'favourites', and manage the application process on a simple, user-friendly platform.
Ei Group recruitment and marketing manager Matthew Ralphs said: “We know that many more of our publicans and prospective publicans are looking for online solutions, whether that’s as the first port of call when researching, looking for advice or ways to increase efficiency with the day-to-day running of their businesses by placing orders online.
“As part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring our publicans have the support they need, in the format they want, we have invested significantly to ensure these platforms are full of information and support while being easy to navigate.
“The publican profiles are a significant development for the business and will become a valuable database of potential future publicans.
“Even if we don’t have the perfect pub in the area at the time, we’ll be able to use our segmentation tool to match pubs that do become available in the future, with the profiles previously set up. It’s an exciting innovation.”
Both innovations are fully compatible with a range of devices including smartphones and tablets.
The launch signals the first phase of a significant project that is set to integrate the company’s highly sophisticated segmentation tool, enabling Ei Publican Partnerships to help match publicans with the perfect pub to suit their needs, across its extensive portfolio.
