Loyalty really does pay. We spoke to Rachel Slatcher of The Bell Inn in Hillmorton, a food-led community pub that sponsors four local football teams, about how can help create a loyal customer base and secure return visits.

“People want to watch sports with their friends and family, it is more fun that way. Customer experience is made when there is a good atmosphere and banter – you can’t get that at home. We use the Fixture Planner on to post on our social media channels, telling our customers what’s on. That, for us, is a great conversation starter, our customers then talk about what an amazing experience they had with us, they then tell their friends and they all keep coming back!”
