Cornwall's Rivercroft Hotel seeks new faces

The Plymouth office of agent Robert Barry & Co is offering for sale the Rivercroft Hotel in Looe, Cornwall, on behalf of its clients the Cairns family, which has owned the business for the last 27 years. The Rivercroft provides 11 en-suite bedrooms, and four three star self-catering apartments. There is also a 52-cover restaurant, and a good-sized separate bar. Everything has been designed to take advantage of the excellent water views. The vendor, a husband-and-wife team, purchased the hotel 27 years ago, which is a great testament as to how much they have enjoyed their time, not only at the hotel but also in Looe.
