Heineken owned Star Pubs & Bars and local pub operators Chris Wilkie and Karl Tisch have completed a £500k refurbishment of the Wilton on Dawes Road in Fulham.
The investment has also seen the pub renamed the Captain Cook, a name chosen by New Zealanders Karl and Chris to reflect their roots in both New Zealand and England, where they have lived for the last 10 years.
