First-time buyer Louisa Baker has acquired the leasehold of this Hertfordshire pub. Baker, a full-time manager at a local pub and her husband, Jason, were keen to acquire a first pub of their own and identified the recently refurbished Coach & Horses as a great opportunity. Chris Field, director at Christie & Co's finance department, discussed finance options with the pair ahead of the purchase. "I am very happy that I could help Louisa and Jason to buy their first pub.
