PubChef asked customers at Everard's pub, the Coach & Horses in Markfield, Leicestershire, what they thought of Padley's chicken mini joints.
The product: Padley's launched its deboned chicken mini joints which are filled with a range of stuffings last year. The pork stuffings are sage & onion, cranberry & apple and chargrill vegetable. The joints can be served whole or sliced. For more information call 0800 0852749.
Lynn Evans, 36, company director of sales and marketing for Stoke Golding, tried cranberry and sage & onion: "They were both really good. The stuffings do not overpower it, but add something different." 8/10
Chris Kellett, 20, barman, from Markfield, tried sage & onion and Mediterranean vegetable: "Looks really good and is more up-market than a normal chicken roast. Works very well. Recommended." 8/10
